I received the ar600 cqb 11x14 plate. When I do reviews i start with 5 stars and subtract for any flaws, or negatives. This plate is great. The multi-curve they use on the CQB is the best fitting plate i have ever worn. I'm a bigger guy with a muscular build and the plate fits very well, and is extremely comfortable. The coating is a very hard material. It's kind of difficult to come up with a good comparison. I guess it's like the hardest truck bed lining. Its applied evenly with zero imperfections that i could find. The one thing I would suggest to anyone who has never owned steel plates is to look up the exact weight on this plate (I don't remember exactly what it is) and go to the gym and pick up that same amount so you truly get a good idea what it feels like. If you are a smaller guy I could see this being a little on the heavy side. The shipping was very fast especially considering the current demands. All in all I'm very pleased with CATI, and will be ordering more products from them in the near future.
I ordered this and a sapi plate. Me being a bigger guy, the 11x14 plates work perfectly. Plus the multi-curve fits around your body making it more comfortable. Definitely recommend.
