    I use these in my 5.11 Tactec plate carrier for fitness. Primarily running and calisthenics. I've used both standard armor plates and the rogue fitness plates and these curved plates are much better. It lets me get a tighter fit against my chest and back and freely move. 100% recommend.

    Plates fit great in my 5.11 carrier and the roundness of them make workouts easy (relatively speaking) and runs doable. Highly recommend

    So glad I bought these! Fits perfectly in my 5.11 TacTec Carrier. Extremely comfortable. The plates fit tight against my body with virtually no movement while working out. I love the ergonomic design. Definitely worth every penny.
