    I really like how it fits specially on my bear KompleX weighted vest, stay secure when you’re running And doing other exercises. I do recommend getting these weights.

    I got these plates and a friend got the curved ones from Rogue. These are much better and way more comfortable, plus they allow you to do situps without digging into your back. They're worth the extra shipping time.

    These are great! I have a smaller frame and standard weight plates always cut into me weird and caused discomfort when running or working out but this curved shape is perfect! I use them in a 5.11 plate carrier and they fit great and don’t bounce around while in motion. Awesome product, would highly recommend!
